Whiteman names two new partners and of counsel

Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP of Albany has announced two new partners: Robert Rosborough and Robert Stout, and Of Counsel Michelle Kennedy.

Rosborough joined Whiteman as an associate in 2010 after completing a clerkship at the New York Court of Appeals. His practice focuses on appellate, civil, administrative, environmental, and employment litigation.

Stout also joined Whiteman in 2010, and, since that time, he has been a member of the firm’s Environmental, Municipal, Real Estate Development, Zoning and Land Use and CleanTech Practice groups.  He advises clients on all aspects of environmental law with a particular focus on regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters.  Additionally, he assists project developers in obtaining environmental permits and municipal land-use approvals.

Kennedy joins Whiteman as an Of Counsel in the Municipal and Real Estate Practice groups. She represents clients in tax certiorari, zoning and land use, regulatory enforcement, and highway and employment matters. Kennedy’s real estate practice concentrates upon historic and agricultural properties.
