To the Editor:

I am writing in support of your vote for Lillian Sisson-Chrysler for the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Board of Education in the upcoming May 15 election. As a current BKW Board of Education member, I have been privileged to serve the community with Lillian.

She is a dedicated passionate person who repeatedly advocates for our children; as she has stated on numerous occasions, “It’s for the kids!”

Lillian not only cares deeply about her community, she is open and honest. Lillian is a voice that is needed on our school board. She is able to bring in vital viewpoints while also listening to others. Lillian has developed programs, policies, and evaluations that demonstrate her expertise, while also asking the hard questions.

Our school, BKW, is making great strides for the future of our youth. Lillian has been a part of this growth for the past three years as an active board member. She is an asset to the school board; I urge you to keep this growth and stability within the board, by voting for Lillian Sisson-Chrysler on May 15!
