‘After the Sap’ Run set for May 14

To the Editor:
If you like to run or walk, please help Helderberg Hilltowns Association get back on our feet by taking part in our “After the Sap” Run 5K on Saturday, May 14, in Knox.

We are offering this-year-only discounted donation rates: Early-bird registration for kids and adults is $13, over age 70 is $8; regular and race-day registration for kids and adults is $20, over age 70 is $15. Register online, by mail, or in person on race day.

Start time is 9 a.m. and registration/sign-in will be at the pavilion behind the Knox Town Hall.
