The New York Capital District Christian Women’s Connection is sponsoring a Creating Spring Sunshine luncheon on Wednesday, April 10, at the Guilderland Elks Lodge at 3867 Route 146 (Carman Road) beginning at 11:25 a.m. and ending at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Reservations are necessary no later than April 5 and we must be notified of cancelations. Please call Nancy at 518-869-0642 or Carol at 518-869-5253 to reserve. On the menu this month is meat lasagna with an alternative choice of grilled chicken salad. The cost is $16 inclusive (cash only please).

The special feature for this month’s luncheon are representatives Rachael Pidgeon and Deb Berner from the Schenectady Senior Center who will be speaking of programs, socialization, and lunch offered two days a week.

There will be special music with Nancy Murray with her guitar. Also a special speaker, Marsha Hasseler, will speak about “What To Learn Next.”

All are welcome — bring a friend or your significant other. They’ll be glad you did! Nursery care is free at the restaurant by reservation only (infant through kindergarten) – bring a bag lunch for your child.
