The proceeds from the sale of the obligations  authorized in said resolution shall be used for the specific purpose of financing the acquisition of  one (1) van and related equipment for Dog Control at an estimated maximum cost of $55,000 and  having a period of probable usefulness of five (5) years. The proposed maturity of the obligations  authorized by the resolution will not be in excess of five years.
