REPUBLICAN CAUCUS FOR THE TOWN OF RENSSELAERVILLE    To all duly enrolled Republican voters residing in the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County, New York:  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Election Law of the State of New York and the Rules of the Albany County Republican Committee, a Republican Party Caucus for the Town of Rensselaerville will be held on March 18, 2021, 7:30 pm, at the Medusa Fire House, 28 County Route 351, Medusa, NY 12120. All duly enrolled Republicans in the Town of Rensselaerville are eligible to vote at the caucus and invited to attend. The caucus is being held to select candidates for the positions listed below to be voted for at the General Election to be held on November 2, 2021: Supervisor, Councilman (two positions), Town Clerk and Superintendent of Highways. Special COVID Update Meeting
March 12, 2021 
The Town Board of the Town of New Scotland will hold the COVID Update Meeting on March 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM.   Due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19 in person attendance will not be permitted.  In accordance with the Governors Executive Order 202.1 the meeting will take place remotely via Zoom.  The meeting will be recorded and minutes of the meeting will be made available at a later date. GUILDERLAND TOWN BOARD
 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, previously scheduled for March 16, 2021, before the Town Board of Guilderland has been re-scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 7:00 pm via Zoom for public comment regarding a local law extending the moratorium on programmable digital signs for an additional six months to October 6, 2021. The moratorium currently expires on April 6, 2021.
Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.8, which bans large meetings due to the corona - virus (COVID-19), and Executive Order 202.1, which suspends the Open Meetings Law, the meeting will be held electronically instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person. Members of the public may listen and view the meeting live on Verizon channel 34 and Spectrum channel 1303, and via livestream on the Town website
