TOWN OF GUILDERLAND  
NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT 2026 TOWN & COUNTY PROPERTY TAX  
TAKE NOTICE that I, Lynne M. Buchanan, the undersigned Town Clerk/Receiver of Taxes of the Town of  Guilderland, Albany County and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of  taxes within the Town of Guilderland for the year 2026 and that I will attend for at least thirty days from December  31, 2025 from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM of each weekday, excluding January 2 and January 19, 2026, Monday  through Friday, at the Town Hall of the Town of Guilderland, 5209 Western Turnpike, for the purpose of receiving  taxes assessed under such roll. Town Hall will be open for additional hours on Wednesdays (January only) until 6:00  PM for after-hours tax collection. No Cash will be received on Wednesdays after 4:30 PM.  
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid on or before February 2, 2026, without charge or interest. On  all such taxes remaining unpaid as of February 3, 2026, a 1% penalty will be added for the period of February 3, 2026 to March 2, 2026. On all such taxes remaining unpaid as of March 3, 2026, a 2% penalty will be added for the period  of March 3, 2026, until March 31, 2026.  
THEREAFTER, and as of April 1, 2026, the undersigned Town Clerk/Receiver of Taxes will return to the Albany  County Director of Finance all unpaid taxes pursuant to law and in accordance with the provisions of § 924 of the  Real Property Tax Law.
