Berne Library sale seeks donors and purchasers

To the Editor:
Shelves and bookcases overflowing?

If so, clear out those bookcases, media shelves, and game cupboards — and donate your unwanted items to the Friends of the Berne Library for our Book, Media, Games, and Puzzles Sale.

You can drop off items at the Berne Senior and Community Center at 1360 Helderberg Trail in Berne on Saturday, March 18, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Then, return on Saturday, March 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to find new-to-you items to replenish your shelves.

We will have a wide assortment of books for adults, young adults, and children, and all genres of fiction, including mystery, romance, fantasy, historical fiction, and non-fiction books on a variety of topics, all organized for browsing.

Media will include DVDs, audio books, and music CDs. Puzzles and games will also be available.  Take what you want; pay what you can!

All proceeds benefit the Berne Public Library. Hope to see you on Drop-off Day and at the sale!
