To the Editor:

I think more people should recycle because of many reasons. It’s easy to do!

My first reason more people should recycle is it reduces litter. If you don’t recycle things, then that’s like littering. It just goes to a dump somewhere and sits there.

If you do recycle, recycled things won’t go to the dump. If you do throw something away, that’s twice as much stuff at the dump.

If you recycle, your garbage can be turned into something else. Imagine if you have 100,000 milk jugs — that could be turned into a bench!

Now you know that littering is bad. Please think twice before you litter!
