Poultry Program for Farmers’ Week at Cornell Has Something for Everyone

A feature of the program which will appeal especially to the women will be the demonstration to show the food value of poultry and eggs. A kitchen and dining room will be in operation where poultry dishes will be prepared and served each day.

Inasmuch as poultry raising of recent years has been attracting the attention of women, the talk by Miss H. C. Wagner of Washingtonville, N. Y. promises to be of special interest. Her subject will be “Poultry Farming for Women.”
