Call for runners: Sap Run 5K on March 25

The Helderberg Hilltowns Association is hosting its 10th annual Sap Run 5K in Knox on Saturday, March 25.

The race (run or walk) starts at 10 a.m. at the Knox Town Hall, rain or shine.

For more information, please visit our website  www.SapRun5K.org; there is a link to register online, a printable mail-in registration form, and a list of Hilltowns New York State Maple Weekend events will be posted soon. 

Early-bird rates for students (under age 18) and seniors (65 and older) is $20 until March 19; the early-bird fee for runners ages 19 to 64 is $25. Beginning race week, on March 20, the fees are $30 and $35 respectively.

We invite you to shake off the winter blues and join us for one of the first runs of the season. See you there!
