The New York State Thruway Authority Board of Directors approved the selection of the Design-Build team that will install cashless tolling on the Thruway by the end of 2020.

GUILDERLAND — Mariah M. Surgick, 18, of Schenectady, was killed in the early morning hours of May 13 when she attempted to cross the Thruway on foot and was struck by a tractor-trailer, according to the New York State Police.
