GUILDERLAND — Beatrice C. (Coffey) Crounse of Rack Road in Schoharie, previously of Guilderland, died peacefully on Saturday, Feb. 25, at the Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland, where she resided for the past couple of years. She was 100.

In her Jan. 3 ruling, Justice Margaret Walsh lowered from $72.8 million to $43.2 million the collective assessed values of five parcels in the Northeastern Industrial Park. The town of Guilderland is challenging the decision.
