One of three assisted-living facilities that may soon come to Guilderland now goes back to the town’s planning board to work out any remaining issues with the site plan.
At its February 24 meeting, the Guilderland planning board heard an appeal by Michael Arduini, who wants to add a seasonal deck at the Across the Street Pub on Western Avenue.
A garage on Western Avenue now stands gutted, as the call for responders came as flames were shooting through the roof in the early morning hours of Thursday, Jan. 8.
The town board put off making a decision on the rezone on Western Avenue, again.
The vacant property has to be zoned for business in order for the Cumberland Farms to be constructed.
The project will cover sidewalks from Route 155 to the Albany city line and includes adding sidewalk ramps, upgrading pedestrian signal systems, and replacing or adding curbs.
