trespassing

A two-year-old trespassing conviction was overturned by a Washington County judge on June 29 — providing welcome relief for Deborah Busch of Knox, and her boyfriend, Rory Russell.

Deborah Busch, who represents a portion of the Hilltowns, said the experience demonstrated to her government failure, and malice and changed her views on the death penalty.

County Legislator Deborah Busch of Knox says she's confident the violations against her and her boyfriend will be dismissed, but she feels frustrated by the attention paid because she's a public official.
