VOORHEESVILLE — Thomas P. Talbot, a loving husband and former head clerk with the state comptroller’s office, died on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015. He was 86.

“We had a wonderful life,” said his wife, Phyllis Talbot. “He was a wonderful husband.”
