GUILDERLAND — The weather may already be very summery, but it will be a few more weeks before town residents can cool off in the pool at Tawasentha Park.
An emergency $10,000 repair to the Voorheesville pool done over the December vacation was not part of the $75,000, voter-approved project, according to a school administrator.
Residents voted Tuesday to replace Voorheesville's pool filtration system that was installed in 2002. The final cost to the district is expected to be $28,000.
