Stuyvesant Plaza hosts open house, free carriage rides

GUILDERLAND — Stuyvesant Plaza hosts its annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Complimentary seasonal carriage rides will be offered each Saturday and Sunday, starting Nov. 30 through Dec. 22. The carriage rides will depart in front of Jean Paul Spa and Salons.

This year’s theme for the Guilderland Fire Department's open house was, “Working smoke alarms save lives.” The department aims to make kids teachers in their homes so families check detectors, and practice fire drills.
