Patricia Brooks hopes to return to Market 32, with friends, to hold up signs encouraging people to vote in the upcoming election.
After 12 weeks of renovations, Market 32 in Hamilton Square in Guilderland opens its doors on April 21.
The chain will send targeted discounts to regular customers of the store, to encourage them to shop at other nearby Price Choppers during the transition.
