Monday, Sept. 14, was a busy day. I had ordered a load of stone for my driveway. I wasn’t used to ordering stone as Ray had taken care of it, the last time.

On Monday, Sept. 23, my daughter Kathy came and spent the day. She held Zoey most of the day and took her outside a few times to enjoy the fresh air.

I have just lived through one of the worst weeks in my life.

If you were to ask me how I got through it, I would have to say I was very busy.

On Sunday, my daughter, Kathy and her husband, Gary planned a cookout for us as Dan had planned to have one with sausage, peppers and onions.
