CLARKSVILLE — Thom Engle of the Northeastern Cave Conservancy will present a program on Hailes Cave for the Clarksville Historical society. He’ll speak on Wednesday April 5, at 7 p.m. at the Clarksville Community Church.

John Meineker has pressed his memories of an Altamont boyhood — both humorous and poignant — into a book written for his grandchildren that he wants to share with the world.
