GUILDERLAND — A Utica man who last summer drove erratically on Interstate 90 in Guilderland was sentenced on Wednesday morning to one to three years in state prison.

Frederick Basile was recently sentenced to a year in jail for a series of charges of public lewdness, for exposing himself in public. He was also designated a Level 3 — the highest level — sex offender.
