Bethlehem

Guilderland's successful volleyball season ended in the semifinals last Thursday after four competitive sets with Bethlehem.

Momentum, communication, and energy all feed off each other in volleyball. Guilderland realizes that.

Tuesday's soccer game between Guilderland and Bethlehem was scoreless, but then Matt Schiller used his head.

The Guilderland softball team talked about defending its title early on in the season, but Bethlehem wasn't about to allow it.

Sometimes, change can be good.

After some tough losses this season, the Guilderland girls' lacrosse team has finally "found a way to go after it," Head Coach Carrie Britt said.

Until last Friday, the Guilderland girls' lacrosse team hadn't lost to a Suburban Council opponent since April 20, 2007.

There is nothing subtle about the way Guilderland started its basketball season.

The holiday season is here and so is the music that goes with it.

Parents teach children the songs that they know and love. Popular carols are translated into many different languages. No matter the age, no matter the culture, the tune is familiar, and the message is the same: The holidays are here; it’s time to celebrate.

The pressure is on for the defending Class AA champions from Guilderland, and the girls got off to a good start against Bethlehem.
