Voorheesville Village Trustee Florence Reddy resigned before the end of her term and has been replaced by on the board by Sarita Winchell.

A town board meeting in Berne last week saw the resignation — and appointment — of a board member.

Maryanne Overbaugh is the wife Mark Overbaugh, the town’s building inspector and code enforcement officer.

WESTERLO —  A town board seat vacant since the resignation of member Theodore Lounsbury early this year has been filled.

At its meeting Tuesday, the board voted unanimously to appoint Joseph Boone, 49, to complete Lounsbury’s term, which would have ended Dec. 31.

KNOX — After 22 years, Councilman Nicholas Viscio submitted his letter of resignation Monday in the period between voters casting their ballots and a slew of new members taking their seats.

He served nearly two years of his four-year term.

Altamont's newest justice, James Greene, has served on the planning board since 2010.
