"LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 of the Real Property Tax Law)
 Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, has completed the Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof will be at the Assessor’s Office, Town Hall, Guilderland, New York, on May 1, 2026 and on-line at www.townofguilderland.org where it may be reviewed and examined by any person interested therein until May 26th and that on such day between the hours of  9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm said Board of Assessment Review would meet at Town Hall, Guilderland, New York to hear and examine all complaints in relation to such assessments, on the application of any person believing himself aggrieved thereby. Grievance Day will be held via appointment.
 The Assessor will be in attendance with the roll available by phone and in person at the Guilderland Town Hall during regular business hours and specifically, as required by law, Tuesday, May 5th from 9 am to 1 pm, Wednesday, May 13th from 2 pm to 4 pm & 6 pm to 8 pm by appointment only, Thursday, May 21st from 12pm – 4pm and Saturday, May 16th from 9 am to 1 pm by appointment only. 
Additional and updated information regarding access to the assessment roll and the grievance procedures will be provided on the Town of Guilderland website.

The first Public Hearing is for Duboy Area Variance (V-26-1). NOTICE
 GUILDERLAND TOWN BOARD
 RESOLUTION NO. 8 of 2026
 AUTHORIZING THE USE OF GOLF COURSE RESERVE FUNDS FOR CLUBHOUSE         IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Town-owned Western Turnpike Golf Course (“WTGC”) has determined that the air conditioning system in the atrium room at the course’s clubhouse requires a complete replacement (“Project”);
WHEREAS, the Project will modernize the AC system, make the space more enjoyable for customers, and avoid recurring costs to repair the existing AC system;
WHEREAS, WTGC has determined that there are not sufficient funds in the 2026 Town Budget to fund the Project;
WHEREAS, WTGC has funds in the Golf Course Reserve (R 13) to provide funding for the Project;
WHEREAS, the Director of Golf and the Town Board have determined that the transfer of funds from the Golf Course Reserve (R 13) is an appropriate expenditure of reserve funds for the Project; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
The Town Board authorizes the expenditure of funds from the Golf Course Reserve (R 13) for the Project;
Pursuant to NYS Town Law 90 and NYS General Municipal Law 6-c (4), this resolution is subject to a 45-day permissive referendum.
This Resolution was unanimously adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland on     April 21, 2026.
