REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 
TOWN OF GUILDERLAND 
WWTP Sludge Cake  
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for SLUDGE CAKE REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL. 
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 pm on DECEMBER 10, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened  and read aloud at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, 5209 Western Tpk., Guilderland. 
Detailed specifications may be obtained at the Guilderland Town Clerk’s Office or by emailing:   . 
An optional pre-bid tours are available at the Guilderland Waste Water Treatment Plant, 6073 Nott Road,  Guilderland by contacting Louis Peceri at 518-456-2745 or via email . 
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids may be modified or withdrawn at any  time prior to the opening date upon written request to the Town. 
Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed envelope marked “TOWN OF GUILDERLAND – WWTP  SLUDGE CAKE REMOVAL & DISPOSAL” and mailed to:

"LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Westerlo Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2025 on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 6 PM which will be immediately followed by the regularly scheduled Town Board meeting. The meeting will be held at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY. The proposed Local Law is to repeal and replace Section 12.110 of the Westerlo Town Code entitled “SIGNS” which will establish new rules, regulations, policies and code for the enforcement of the construction and display of Signs throughout the Town of Westerlo. Proposed Local Law No. 2 of 2025 can be viewed on the Town website www.townofwesterlony.com.
