Photos: Bears Pounce On Blackbirds
Last Wednesday, May 28, the Voorheesville girls’ lacrosse team looked to win their second straight Section 2, Class D championship as they took on Albany Academy at Shenendehowa High School. The Birds didn’t start well but, although they tried to battle back and rally, the Bears shut the door as Voorheesville fell, 13 to 9.
