Growing: Representatives from Albany County, MVP Health Care, and the Regional Food Bank were on hand May 15 at the Patroon Land Farm in Knox to highlight recent additions to the farm, including the steel tables at right holding plants; two new greenhouses; and two new high tunnels, which are used to extend the growing season and protect crops. Food grown at the 40-acre farm, donated by the late Pauline Williman, powered by volunteers, is delivered to the Regional Food Bank and thence to local food pantries
