Samuel S. Bell died on Aug. 20, 2024.

His parents, Douglas F. Bell and Helen Vassak Bell, died before him, as did his sister, Elizabeth M. Bell, and brother, Douglas W. Bell.

He is survived by his nephews, Christopher (Heather) Coccio, and Benjamin (Katherine) Coccio. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
