Photos: Birds And Dutch Tackle Philly For Nationals
This past weekend, June 13 to 16, members from Guilderland and Voorheesville track teams traveled to Philadelphia for the New Balance Nationals being held at Franklin Field on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania.

At full speed: Guilderland’s Saida Assabahi yells at teammate Parker Steele to go as she starts to give Steele the baton for the second leg in the championship 4x200-meter relay. The relay team finished 10th in the nation with a time of 1:40.69 and broke the school record.

Big leaper: Guilderland’s Tatum Cramer pushes off from her last step as she soars towards the pit in the championship triple jump event. Cramer finished 15th with a distance of 39 feet, 5.75 inches and broke the school record and also competed in the championship long jump where she finished in 41st.

Fierce competition: Guilderland’s Braelyn Cornell and Eryn Tynan start to make their move as they run behind Union Catholic TC’s Kayla Devine as they compete in the freshmen 800-meters. Cornell finished in 33rd with a time of 2:21.47 and Tynan in 32nd with a time of 2:21.42.
