Diana L. Gordinier

BERNE — Diana L. Gordinier, a loving mother and grandmother, died peacefully after a short illness on Monday, June 10, 2024. She was 77.

“Nannie lived for her children and her grandchildren,” her family wrote in a tribute. “She brought the most joy to them and they brought the most joy to her. She will be missed.”

Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late Milford and Ruth Norton. Her husband, Gerald E. Gordinier, died before her.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer Schumacher, Martin Gordinier and his wife, Christine, and Craig Gordinier and his wife, Lorra.

She was the loving “Nannie” to Justin and Craig Couse; Kendall and Payton Gordinier; and Jack, Madelyn, and Preston Gordinier.

She is also survived by her sister, Nancy Furman and her husband, Donald. She will also be missed by the Walter family.
