To the Editor:
We are writing to endorse and support Elizabeth Floyd Mair for the Guilderland School Board.

Ms. Floyd Mair is a native of Guilderland, has a child in the school system, and is very active with the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by the school system. In addition, she brings excellent skills from her previous employment as a reporter for several news organizations.

Ms. Floyd Mair has the ability to look at issues, ask the right questions, and present the information in a succinct manner that gets to the heart of the issue. We desperately need Ms. Floyd Mair on our school board.

She has shown that she is aware of the issues and willing to start on day one working with all involved to solve them.

Please remember to vote for her on School Board Election Day.
