To the Editor:
Thank you, Altamont Enterprise, for highlighting the important events that are taking place in our beloved Guilderland!

The members of our school board hold in their hands the most precious gift we have, our children.

With that thought in mind, I am writing to advocate for the election of one of the most interesting, insightful, and dynamic leaders in our community.

Elizabeth Floyd Mair has for many years been an integral part of the evolution of Guilderland.

Her skills as a journalist, objectively reporting on the everyday lives of our residents and our businesses, allows her to bring a comprehensive understanding of where we’ve been as well as where we are headed.

That’s the kind of background that can become the foundation of a vision and a plan to execute that vision.

Elizabeth Floyd Mair is the kind of candidate who listens and can translate what she hears into a constructive plan for our school district.

I urge all our residents to vote on May 21st and vote for Elizabeth!
