To the Editor:
I feel I would be remiss if I didn’t say a few words about Kathy Fiero, who is running for a seat on the Voorheesville School Board.

I have known Kathy for many years as the president of the Voorheesville Teachers Association. I was the President of the United Employees of Voorheesville, the non-instructional union, during the same time as Kathy.

We would sit on some committees together and Kathy was always devoted to getting the best results for the students, the union, and the school. Her focus was to see and solve problems before they became big problems and she did it.

She would be a wonderful and dedicated advocate for the school, the children and their families served in the position she is running for. Please do not think twice for voting for Kathy Fiero; she will do her very best to take care of our school.
