TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville on December 28, 2023 at 6:45p.m. at Rensselaerville Town Hall, located at 87 Barger Road, Medusa, New York 12120, for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2023.  If adopted, the proposed Local Law would permit the Town to grant a partial tax exemption on real property owned by an enrolled member of an incorporated volunteer fire company, fire department or incorporated voluntary ambulance service or such enrolled member and spouse.  
Written comments can be submitted to the Town Clerk up and through the time of the public hearing. A copy of the proposed Local Law can be obtained at the Rensselaerville Town Hall and on the Town’s website.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on January 4, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a Special Use permit for American Tower Corporation, 780 Pond Hill Rd, Rensselaerville, NY (Tax Map 124.-1-47.10). The applicant is proposing to co-locate T-Mobile equipment on the existing telecommunications tower.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.
