Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Variance Application # 554
Variance Application #554: Request submitted by Evan Cioffi seeking an area variance seeking relief of the side setback for an addition to increase the dwelling size of existing 1944 built, 1-bedroom home by 700 feet, doubling its size. The parcel is located at 1379 Delaware Turnpike, owned by Evan Cioffi, identified as New Scotland tax ID #107-01-10, located within the Residential Agriculture zoning district, and contains 0.81 acres. This request is for 14.25 feet of relief from the required side yard setback of 25 feet to allow the addition to be 10.75 feet from the property line. The request is to allow the addition to be at the same distance from the property line as the existing house.
