Postal Customer Council strengthens mailing network

To the Editor:

The Capital Region Postal Customer Council recently held our monthly April executive board meeting.

For those not familiar with PCCs, we are local organizations that help foster a close working relationship between the United States Postal Service and commercial mailers. These events enable members to network with like-minded individuals to share best practices, challenges, solutions, and opportunities for growth.

The benefits of this collaboration are great. Commercial mailers — representing many of our local businesses — stay in front of new postal products, like USPS Connect, USPS Ground Advantage, and services through an educational and collaborative environment. In return, the postal service continues to listen and stay abreast of the reach and scope of business mailers’ needs.

And just as the postal service continues to provide a vital service for our nation through the execution of the Postmaster General’s10-year strategic plan, Delivering for America, our PCC partners here in the Capital Region will proudly continue to serve this community through the power of the mail.

On behalf of all our members, we want to thank the local business community for its continuing support of the postal service and the Capital Region PCC. We encourage any local business to join us by . Businesses may also visit crpcc.org for our upcoming event calendar.
