Tripp promoted

NEW SCOTLAND — Colleen Tripp from Voorheesville, a member of the New York Air National Guard, was promoted to the rank of senior master sergeant on July 29

She is assigned to the 174th Attack Wing.

Air National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
