GUILDERLAND TOWN BOARD 
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Board of Guilderland has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 7 pm , to solicit input from the community on the proposed amendments to Local Law No. 7 of 2017 for the Pine Bush Senior Living PUD located at 24 New Karner Road, which, among other changes, will replace 96 proposed independent senior housing units with 86 proposed mixed-income affordable senior housing units financed under the State’s NY Homes and Community Renewal program.
All those wishing to be heard will be heard.
