Lana M. Padelsky

Lana M. Padelsky, who valued pieces from the past, died on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 75.

“Lana loved going to garage sales and running the Black Sheep Antique Center, but the most love in her heart went to her granddaughter, Sierra, and to her energetic dog, Minnie,” her family wrote in a tribute.

She leaves behind a large, loving family, including her partner of 27 years, Reed Settle; her sons, Anthony Humphrey, Michael Coons, Shawn Coons, and Scott Coons and his friend, Jamie.

She is also survived by her sisters, Judy Applyby and her husband, Robbie, Joan Wyche and her husband, Jay, Rita Hogan and her husband, Marty, Mary Collins, and Krinea Dankert and Judy; by her brothers, Paul Dankert and his wife, Amy, and Karl Dankert and his wife, Maria; by her granddaughters, Sierra Coons and Emily; and by her great-grandson, Dallas, along with many nieces and nephews.

All services will be private.
