Stuyvesant Plaza announces appoints Ravena as property manager

GUILDERLAND — Stuyvesant Plaza has promoted longtime employee Brian Ravena to property manager to manage tenant and vendor relations, building maintenance, and capital improvements at Stuyvesant Plaza and Executive Park.

Ravena began his tenure with Stuyvesant Plaza as a maintenance worker in 1992 and most recently held the role of building maintenance supervisor.

    ALBANY COUNTY — Albany County is now accepting applications for grants to enhance, improve, or develop city, town, and village-owned parks, playgrounds, or recreational facilities.

    Grants are capped at $15,000 each from the $150,000 available. The deadline to apply is June 30.
