Schoharie Library Notes for Wednesday, December 30, 2020

The Schoharie Library welcomes patrons into the library. Our hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday from noon to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The library is open from noon to  4 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Thursday, Dec. 31, and closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, for NewYear’s Day.

Masks are required in the Library. Please return books in the book-drop. Details and community resources are at www.schoharielibrary.org.

Online Programs

To sign up for online programs, contact or click the link to the sign-up sheet at www.schoharielibrary.org or on our Facebook page events. The programs include:

— Online Writing Club: Meets every Monday at 6:30 p.m.;

— Online “UFO” Unfinished Object Club: Thursdays, Jan. 7 and 21, at 10 a.m.. Work on a project and chat;

— Online  Interactive Storytime with Miss Heather: On break for the holidays, resumes January 8. Fridays at 10 a.m.. Stories, crafts, songs, more;

— Online Knitcetera Club: Tuesdays, Jan. 12 and 26, at 10:30 a.m.; and

— Online How to Use Zoom (Basics): Tuesday, Jan. 12, at 6:30 p.m. This project is supported by funds from the New York State Library’s Adult Literacy Library Services Program.
