Guard promotes

The New York Army National Guard has recently promoted:

— Breanna Center from Singerlands, assigned to the 1427th Transportation Company, who received a promotion to the rank of staff sergeant on Nov. 20; and

— Lance Geddis from Delmar, assigned to the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd Infantry Division, who received a promotion to the rank of chief warrant officer 4 on Oct. 7.

Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
