We all need to do our part

To the Editor:

I just read your editorial in this week’s Enterprise [“Silver lining shines bright in the dark of night,” The Altamont Enterprise, April 2, 2020].

Thanks for a “ silver lining.” This is a difficult time for everyone.

I miss freezing at my grandson’s baseball games in early spring, singing in The Thursday Musical Club and church services. Trying to stay home and “distancing” from those I love.

We all need to do our part. I have a good friend who is a nurse at Albany Medical Center and she and all other medical staff, police, and firefighters are now our warriors and heroes.

May God keep us all safe and heal those who get ill.
