PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that AIROSMITH DEVELOPMENT has filed an application with the Town of Berne, Albany County, New York requesting to collocate at the existing wireless telecommunications facility located at 486 Long Road, East Berne, NY 12059, County of Albany, State of New York (Tax Map Parcel No. 80.-2.431).

PUBLIC NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Town of Berne Zoning Ordinance and other applicable law that the Planning Board of the Town of Berne will hold a meeting and public hearing on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Berne Town Hall, 1656 Helderberg Trail, Berne, NY 12023 to hear and potentially decide the special use permit application filed by the applicant.

AT THE AFORESAID TIME AND DATE all persons interested in this application will have the opportunity to address their comments to the Planning Board and be heard. A copy of the application package is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Berne will hold a public hearing pursuant to article 276 of the Town Law, on the lot line adjustment of the lands owned by Helderberg Blue Stone, Inc. The lands of Helderberg Bluestone, Inc. are located at 766 Helderberg Trail, East Berne, NY 12059, (Parcel Id #91.-2-15) and 43 Old Road, East Berne, NY 12059 (Parcel Id #91-1-23) in the Town of Berne.

A parcel consisting of approximately 2.0 +/- acres from Parcel Id # 91.-2-15 will be attached to Parcel Id #91-1-23; increasing the existing parcel to 24 +/- acres.

There will be no new building lots created.

Said hearing will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the Berne Town Hall, Helderberg Trail, Berne, New York at 7:00 p.m., at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
