Fran Porter supports farming

To the Editor:

This summer we had the pleasure of meeting Fran Porter at a meet and greet at the Octagon Barn in Knox. 

She expressed an interest in and concern for the Hilltown communities and farming. 

We invited her to our farm for a tour. We spent a pleasurable afternoon sharing our farm with her and discussing the importance of agricultural districts and the future of farming of which Fran is very interested in and supportive of.
