Delmar Community Orchestra calling all ages and abilities for fall concerts

BETHLEHEM — Monday-evening rehearsals for the Delmar Community Orchestra will start the week of Sept. 15 and continue weekly throughout the fall season.

From 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the auditorium inside Bethlehem Town Hall on 445 Delaware Ave., the orchestra will prepare for four concerts — two for local nursing homes and two open to the public.

The orchestra, made up of amateurs and professionals from throughout the Capital Region, is led by conductor Michael Blostein. Its greatest need for new talent is in its string and percussion sections.

Visit delmarcommunityorchestra.com for more information, or contact the orchestra’s president, Ann Gabriels, at or 518-439-6558.
