DELMAR — Secure Solutions, LLC, a property management business, has received national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization - NY, a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

The business is owned by Leah Mirra, who is also its chief executive officer.

Secure Solutions provides services including preservation; renovation; code-violation remediation; abatement for mold, lead, and asbestos; and emergency repair to clients in New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont, according to a release from Secure Solutions.

The certification follows an in-depth review of the business and site inspection, according to the release. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated, and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering development and the continued supplier diversity programs, the release said.
