Schaub, Theobald, and Swartz join B&L
Brittany Schaub, Daniel Theobald, and Kevin Swartz have joined Barton & Loguidice, an engineering, planning, environmental, and landscape architecture firm with nine offices across New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland announces the addition of three employees to its Albany office.
Schaub has joined the environmental group as a Hydrogeologist II. A resident of Rotterdam, she received her bachelor of arts degree in geoscience from Rutgers University. Before joining B&L, Schaub was a project geologist at a firm in Clifton Park where her work focused on the mining industry.
She conducted technical field work, map design, and permitting for the state’s departments of environmental conservation and transportation and for the Adirondack Park Agency. Schaub is a member of the New Jersey Licensed State Remediation Professional and the Association of Environmental and Engineering Geologists.
Theobald joins the sustainable planning and design group as a Land Use Planner ll. A resident of Albany, he received his bachelor of arts degree in history from LeMoyne College and his master’s degree in urban planning with a specialization in economic development and geographic information system from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
While at Buffalo, he was a teaching assistant for the Land Use and Physical Planning graduate-level class. Prior to this, Theobald interned with the Central New York Regional Planning and Development Board where he collected stormwater data throughout the City of Syracuse as well as from various towns and villages throughout Onondaga County.
Swartz joins the transportation group as an Engineer ll. A resident of Broadalbin, he received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering with an emphasis on structural engineering from SUNY Buffalo. Prior to joining B&L, Swartz was a project engineer, designing and building mechanical systems and was responsible for assembling all documentation for planning, construction, and commission phases of projects.
