Rolling River Rampage

NEW SCOTLAND — The First United Methodist Church of Voorheesville at 68 Maple Ave. is holding a vacation Bible school from Aug. 12 to 14, from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m. The school’s theme this year is “Rolling River Rampage.”

“Join us for a fun-filled time as the youth in our community come together to learn about God,” organizers wrote in a press release. “We will participate in dramas; join together in singing, doing crafts, and playing games; and we will use laptops and tablets to help us in our learning.

“We will experience the joys of generosity, forgiveness, serving, and helping others as we seek to become good disciples.”

The school is for children ages 3 to 12. To register, or to inquire for more information, call 518-765-2895 or email .
